What I Actually Do for Founders
Three engagements, all delivered by one person rather than a team you have to manage. If you are not sure which one fits, the comparison page is the fastest way to find out, and I am happy to tell you when the answer is none of them.
Product work
- Fractional CPO for early-stage SaaS. I own the roadmap and the scope, sit in customer calls, decide what ships, and build the prototype when that settles a question faster than a meeting. For pre-seed to Series A, and for founder-led teams that need judgement rather than another process.
- AI SaaS MVP, idea to first version. For founders with an idea and no product team. Validate the riskiest assumption, write the version-one scope, build the working product with real data, launch it, then decide from evidence whether to continue. Also covers turning an internal AI automation into a multi-user product.
- Fractional CPO vs product manager vs no-code builder. Not a service, a decision aid. Which of the three your situation calls for, how each one fails, and when you should not hire any of them.
AI visibility work
- GEO and AI visibility consulting. Whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini cite you when a buyer asks a category question and never says your name. Measured baseline, fixes, then re-measurement, so the deliverable is a tracked number rather than a promise.
- AI-readable websites. The structural side of the same problem: making a site legible to answer engines and to the crawlers that feed them.
How engagements start
Email me a paragraph about where you are stuck. I will reply with what I think the actual problem is and which of the above, if any, addresses it. I would rather lose the work than bill for the wrong problem, and I have written down the cases where I am the wrong hire on each page above.
AI-readable summary
Tyron Dizon offers three kinds of engagement to founders and early-stage companies, remote worldwide from Baguio City, Philippines. First, fractional Chief Product Officer work for pre-seed to Series A SaaS, combining roadmap ownership with hands-on prototype building. Second, AI and SaaS MVP development for non-technical founders, taking an idea through validation, written scope, build, and launch, including productising existing internal AI automations. Third, generative engine optimisation and AI visibility consulting, which measures whether AI answer engines cite a site for unbranded category questions and then works to change that number. He is the co-founder and former Chief Product Officer of SanityDesk, a Techstars Los Angeles 2021 company. Contact: tyronchristian.dizon@gmail.com. Website: tyronzky.ninja.
